Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)

CBT is an evidence-based therapy that helps you identify and challenge unhelpful thoughts and behaviours. It is particularly effective for anxiety disorders, including generalised anxiety, social anxiety, OCD, and panic disorder, as well as depression and phobias. CBT equips you with practical tools to manage stress, overcome negative thinking patterns, and build resilience. Whether you’re struggling with low self-esteem, excessive worry, or emotional challenges, CBT can provide the structure and support you need to regain control and improve your mental health.

Cognitive Analytic Therapy (CAT)

CAT is a collaborative therapy that explores the connections between your past experiences, current behaviours, and relationships. It’s particularly helpful for individuals dealing with interpersonal difficulties, self-esteem issues, or complex trauma. By identifying recurring patterns and understanding their origins, CAT empowers you to make meaningful changes and build healthier relationships. This integrative approach is ideal for those seeking a deeper understanding of themselves and also practical strategies to address long-standing challenges.

Narrative Exposure Therapy (NET)

NET is a trauma-focused therapy designed to help individuals process and integrate distressing life experiences into a cohesive narrative. It is especially effective for trauma, PTSD, and complex PTSD, particularly for those who have experienced prolonged or repeated traumatic events. NET helps you make sense of your experiences, reduce emotional distress, and rebuild a sense of safety and stability. This therapy is ideal for anyone looking to reclaim their story and move forward with greater confidence and peace.

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)

EMDR is a specialised therapy that helps reprocess and resolve traumatic memories stored in the brain. It is highly effective for individuals with PTSD, complex trauma, or distress related to specific events such as accidents or abuse. By using guided eye movements or other bilateral stimulation, difficult memories are processed in a safe, controlled manner. This therapy is ideal for those seeking to reduce the emotional impact of trauma and regain a sense of empowerment and calm.
